Behind the Mask: Bringing awareness to college student mental health

A presentation on the topic of mental health to educate students at SNC about mental health issues that college students experience. Discussion of resources here in Incline Village for those struggling with managing and maintaining good mental health, tools students can use on their own to help alleviate mental health struggles, and a movie screening that will promote awareness surrounding the issue. The movie is a documentary called “It’s Real,” a documentary from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Desks for Akili Film Fundraiser

This is a fundraising event to help purchase desks for an orphanage in Tanzania. There will be a raffle, bracelets from the children at the orphanage, and food available.
