BFA Exhibition – “Human Vacation”

November 8, 2021 - November 11, 2021

Image for Sierra Nevada University art student Victor Herrera's Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) exhibition "Human Vacation"

Artist: Victor Herrera

Artist Talk & Reception: November 10 | 5pm | Tahoe Gallery

Although food has nothing to do with Victor’s practice, his sculptures need to be intellectually digested. Human Vacation shows Victor’s experiences and feelings as a consequence of being alive. He turns emotions into three dimensional forms. This body of work is extremely happy or extremely sad. It highlights his deepest emotions.

Victor Herrera is from Michoachan, Mexico and his favorite thing to do is eat tasty food.
