High School Dual Enrollment
Eligible students at Incline High School may enroll in college-level courses at Sierra Nevada University and receive college credit.
Students must have a cumulative 3.0 Grade Point Average and written permission from their high school guidance counselor. Lower-level courses in most subjects are open to qualifying students.
Submit the one-page Dual Application, completed by the student, and the DUAL Approval Form, completed by the student’s counselor. This form will verify the GPA of the student, SAT or ACT scores (if applicable), and the course name and time.
If a student would like to take a Math or English course, the student must have a score of 500 in the appropriate category of the SAT, a composite 21 on the ACT, or pass an SNU placement exam. After completing the application, the student may contact the SNU Registrar to schedule an appointment for the placement exam: 775.831.1314 ext. 7435.
Tuition & Transcripts:
Tuition is $150 per credit hour.The student will receive an official grade from Sierra Nevada University at the completion of the course, and may request an Official Transcript.
