Homeless in Paradise? A community forum moderated by Dr. Andy Whyman on the issue of homeless in our local communities. According to a report conducted by the National Alliance to End Homelessness, Nevada has the fourth highest rate of homelessness among all 50 U.S. states. It’s not all in Las Vegas folks.
