Please use this form to request to take SNC students on an off-campus trip. This form must be submitted 4 weeks prior to trip departure date. Your Pre-Trip Proposal will be emailed to you upon submitting this form. Print a copy of the proposal to bring into the field. Your listed supervisor or Will Hoida, Dean of Students will contact you if there is an issue.

The college currently has two vehicles that can be requested for official SNC outings on a first come/first served basis. The rate is $0.55 per mile per vehicle. Please indicate below if you would like us to check if one or both are available for your trip.
