Mandatory Immunization Requirement
Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 441A.755 states a person shall not attend a university until he or she submits to the university proof of immunity to tetanus, diphtheria, measles, mumps, rubella and any other disease specified by the State Board of Health.

Students are required to provide immunization documentation of two doses for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) and an immunization within the last 10 years for tetanus/ diphtheria (TD) before registering for classes.
Any freshman college student under the age of 23 intending to live in on-campus housing must be vaccinated against Neisseria meningitis (Meningococcus) unless excused because of medical or religious reasons.
Fax, scan or mail a copy of your immunization records for measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) and diphtheria/tetanus (DT) to Admissions.
