October 18 – 19, 2014
Dear Sierra Nevada College Parents,

Welcome to beautiful Lake Tahoe and Parents Weekend 2014! RSVP to discover firsthand what makes Sierra Nevada College a truly innovative and unique experience, and develop personal relationships with the faculty, students, and fellow parents.

Hear from the president, faculty, and students how we use active learning techniques to engage our students so they are truly present at their education; then experience it for yourself in one of our immensely popular mini classes. Move out of the classroom to root for our men’s and women’s lacrosse teams, and end the day with a BBQ dinner at the President’s home.

The weekend continues with Sunday brunch, followed by a hike in the beautiful Sierra Nevada range.

Thank you for entrusting your child’s education to us! We look forward to meeting you on campus.
