An MFA invitational exhibition
This is a group invitational curated by recent SNC Fine Arts graduates who have gone on to MFA programs. Each graduate was invited to submit one piece of work, and also invited one peer from their MFA program to participate in the show. This exhibition creates a sample of the types of programs and endeavors SNC graduates have become involved with.
The exhibition will be spread across the Tahoe Gallery on the third floor of Prim Library and our brand new Garage Door Gallery in the new Holman Arts and Media Center!

A ‘Free Art’ table will be hosted at the Garage Door Gallery as part of the ‘2 Degrees’ opening at 7pm Jan. 30 after the opening lecture curated by participating ‘2 Degrees’ artist, Jocelyn Meggait. We will also host a ‘free’ Bar-B-Que.
Free Utopian Projects is an evolving series of curated, free, socially interactive installations, events and pop-ups.
Each project concentrates on the economy, the environment and building community by offering art and objects for free. In exchange we ask patrons to consider the possibilities of a Utopian free economy that bypasses monetary exchange.
