SNC’s psychology research fair showcases independent research in psychology. At this fourth annual fair, students will present posters detailing the results of campus-wide studies on human behavior conducted during the 2013-2014 year. Poster topics include (but are not limited to) the impact of instructor appearance and behavior on student performance, emotions in text messaging, and charitable donations. The Sierra Nevada College English program brings well-known poets and writers from all over the country to the campus for readings and book signings in intimate settings where audience members get to meet and exchange ideas with the guest writers.
