Shannon started off her career in television, working at the Phoenix ABC news affiliate, KNXV, where she conducted interviews with local celebrities, such as Senator John McCain, NBA-star Shawn Marion, and Attorney General Terry Goddard, as well as hosted an Emmy award-winning “Weather on Wheels” educational tool. Then, she became a publicist, working in luxury resorts, namely, The Phoenician and The St. Regis Aspen. During her time in public relations, she has secured media placements in top publications, such as Spa magazine, Food + Wine, Men’s Health, US magazine, and The Arizona Republic, among others. Shannon was previously the program manager of SNC’s Young Entrepreneurs Program, a mentorship-focused initiative for South African entrepreneurs to develop and launch their own companies. Shannon is now a fulltime assistant professor within the Business Department.

Mrs. Darian Jaramillo has been in education for 22 years as a classroom teacher, high school assistant principal, and high school principal. She currently works for the Los Lunas School District as principal of Valencia High School. Mrs. Jaramillo specializes in Instructional Leadership.

Annamarie was born and raised in Incline Village. Since January 2013, she has served in a wide variety of roles at the college, first as the Campus Store Manager, then as Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Relations and later the Director of Advancement Services. Annamarie was instrumentally helpful throughout the 2012 NWCCU Comprehensive Evaluation, which resulted in five commendations from the evaluation committee.
