How to Apply

The low-residency MFA in Creative Writing program has been life-changing.  I have made life-long friends, met mentors who care deeply about my aims as a writer, and grown in my ability to match the reality of my craft with my vision. What’s more, as an active duty Air Force officer, within the warm circle of fellow writers there is a smaller, concentric circle of veterans and active duty service members who provide instant support and empathy for my own experience. You could not ask for a better program as a writer and could not find one as a veteran.
