Sierra Nevada College has agreements for internship placement with a number of businesses, schools, resorts, and public service agencies. The internship experience complements and reinforces our classroom-based curriculum by allowing SNC students to earn up to 3 academic credits for internships by putting their creative and problem-solving skills to work in professional situations. Interns observe, first hand, the realities and requirements of potential careers. In many cases, SNC graduates return to their intern placement sites for full-time employment.
For more information see Internship Handbook.
Students interested in pursuing an internship can complete the forms contained in the Internship Handbook and return to the OASIS office.
Employers can submit an internship request by completing the following form: Internship Organization Request Form.
