Phil Estipular
Mr. Phillip Estipular holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, both from Oregon State University. After completing the post graduate Manufacturing Management program at General Electric Co., he worked at the National Reactor Testing Station in Idaho Falls, ID.
Mr. Estipular then began his 25 year career in sales and marketing management at IBM where he was responsible for creating and implementing programs to launch new and innovative IBM products and services. Because of his leadership in Sales, he was asked to lend his skills to the newly formed IBM Credit Corporation which offered customized lease financing to major companies.
Phil’s current interests include local and national politics, golf, fishing and especially cooking, which led to a 10 year career as a Teaching Chef in the San Francisco Bay Area. He continues to cook for local charity events in Incline Village where he resides with his wife, Micki Napp, a member of the Board of Parasol Tahoe Community Foundation.
