Joe Bourdeau graduated from Chico State with a BS in Business Administration. He has been a banker in Nevada since 1977 and in Incline Village since 1981. He is the past President of the following groups: The Thunderbird Lodge Preservation Society, Incline Village-Crystal Bay Convention Bureau, Incline Village-Crystal Bay Chamber of Commerce, Tahoe Players Theater Group, Lake Tahoe Community Foundation, Incline Village Optimist Club and Founder of the North Tahoe Boys and Girls Club.
