This quick lesson shows how to turn off the Pop-up Blocker in IE, FireFox & Safari to allow the online application to 'Pop-up' for applicants.
1.) In Internet Explorer go to the Tools Menu > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker*
*Note: Your Pop-up blocker will remain off until you turn it back on. To temporarily allow Pop-ups see the next slide
1.) If you run into the above error, you can click the message (where it says 'click here' to view the above options. Select 'Temporarily Allow Pop-ups' to temporarily allow the application to pop-up this go around.
1.) Go to the Tools menu > Options. An Options window will pop-up. See next slide
1.) In the Contents section of the Options window unselect the 'Block pop-up windows' checkbox.*
2.) Select 'OK' button
*Note: You will have to re-select the 'Block pop-up windows' checkbox when you leave the application site to turn Pop-up blocking back on, if you want to.
1.) Go to the Safari menu > unselect 'Block Pop-up windows'*

2.) Go to the Safari menu > select Preferences > uncheck the 'Block Pop-up windows' check box*
