Marketing/Graphic Assistance Request

This form is used in conjunction with the Event Planning Form.  (* required fields)  In order to plan for successful events, appropriate marketing and promotion is vital.  A good rule for promotion of an event is a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.  Please keep this in mind when planning your publicity and marketing activities.

Please note:  Graphic proofs will be issued no sooner than 2 weeks after initial request.  Distribution of mailings/flyers is the responsibility of the requesting party.  Charges for marketing/graphic services may apply.
