You may submit this form to apply for registration, but registration will not be guaranteed until payment is confirmed and if space is available in the camp. Once this form is received, you will be emailed a confirmation and contacted for payment information. If a camp is filled, you will be added to the waiting list, and informed of such. Please note: 100% refunds will be given only if the student cancels four weeks prior to the start date of the camp. No refunds will be given after that time. Camps are subject to cancellation. Full refunds will be given if a camp is canceled due to low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
